There is a double room available in a lovely, recently-renovated house in the popular Chapelfields area of Coventry to be shared with one other tenant.

You will have sole use of a bathroom next to your double room. There’s a fully equipped shared kitchen (with washing machine), sitting room and dining room plus a sunny back garden for sitting out and free parking on the street.

The current tenant describes himself as friendly, honest and easygoing, enjoying swimming, football, gaming and board games but leading a pretty quiet life.

We are looking for someone compatible - amiable, trustworthy and reasonable, who will respect the house and clean up after themselves.
