Cosy home near Coventry City Centre and JLR

Hello, potential future lodger,

My home is a 15-minute walk to JLR, a 15-minute walk to the City Centre (Coventry University), 15 minutes to Coventry train station and a 25-minute bus ride to Warwick Uni (I believe it's the number 60.). I live in a Cul-De-Sac with a park in front of the house and nothing behind it so it's nice a quiet.

Bills, broadband use of washing machine, tumble dryer etc is all included and a cleaner comes once every 2 weeks to spruce up the house. My home also has a driveway so you can park off the street if you have a car.

I'm a vegetarian and would like my guests not to cook meat in the house however you're more than welcome to eat meaty pizzas, kebabs etc in the place as long as it is not cooked in the house.

I'm open to short-term accommodation for those who need somewhere to stay whilst they find something more permanent. That being said if it all works out, extensions can be arranged (The last lodger was here for over 3 years).
I'm open to students but only mature masters / PHD students please.

So a little about me, I'm a sales engineer who predominantly works from home but goes out once or twice a week to the office or to see customers.

Additional Notes:- I've been asked a few times about couples and moving in with kids... Sorry, that's a no. My house is too small for that.
