About the room
This is a really large, comfortable and beautifully furnished double suitable for a female professional, PhD or Masters student. The room is bright, airy, cosy and clean, and comes with a very large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is plenty of space for a desk and bookshelf, if needed. The bathroom is shared with one other person, me! I'm very clean and conscientious. The corner bath is great for a soak, and shower has good pressure.

About the house
The house itself is cosy and clean with a relaxed atmosphere. I own the house and have enjoyed venturing into DIY to make the place nice. I've houseshared since I was 17 and think it is really important to have a place that feels like home where you can fully relax in a nice environment. I share with another female who has an en suite room. We are both Irish and both work Mon-Fri, 9-5 type hours although I am hybrid working from home most of the time. With that in mind, it probably wouldn't be suitable to have someone else in the house who also spends most of their week WFH. We are both quite quiet and value our own space, but also chatty and friendly at the same time. I am currently training for a marathon so my weekends are built around that! I love to go new places and explore, so hope to do more of that at the weekends once the marathon is over.

The driveway has space for another car (in addition to mine) and the garden is beautiful for sitting out in. There is space in the garage for a bike. The sitting room is super cosy and has Netflix, Disney +, Freeview Player etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need.

About the location
The house is very conveniently situated for both public transport and driving by car as it is right on the edge of the A45. The bus stop for the number 14 to Warwick Uni is directly across the road from the house, and the bus stop for the speedier number 11 to Warwick Uni is a 10min walk away. The bus stop for the number 14 going in the opposite direction to town is a 1min walk away. The Sainsbury's Superstore is a 7min walk away. You can cycle to the University in 15mins or walk it in 45mins.

Price and contact
The room is £550pcm and that is inclusive of all bills, plus cleaner, Netflix, Disney + etc, superfast fibre optic broadband, and all cleaning bits and bobs. A deposit of £550 is required to secure the room.
