Two rooms – a single and a double, available in a 4 bedroom house in Tile Hill - Torrington Ave area.
All bills included. Unlimited fast broadband. New Kitchen and Bathroom fitted.
Kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and basic crockery and utensils. There is a separate fridge for these two rooms.
Each Room has a bed, desk, chair, bookcase, plus wardrobe and drawers for clothes.
Fully furnished, you just need to provide bedding (preferably) . There are locks fitted on doors for privacy. The house is non-smoking.
There is off-street and on-street parking available and a large back garden. It's a 30 min walk and a 10 min cycle to Warwick Uni. I will provide a bike free to use. Also 10 min walk to the Tile Hill train station with many train services, including Coventry City Centre, Birmingham and London. It is close to small local shops.
