Hello,
I take pride in looking after my accommodation offering a well maintained, light and airy, clean, stylish, modern living environment, thats comfortable and pleasant for the prospective tenant. The house is prepared to a very high spec. I'm happy to have managed to place like minded people together., so far so good. I take the time to get the right tenant that I think will fit in nicely and get along with the tenants I already have. It's a nice homely atmosphere.

The house is conveniently situated in the quiet residential area of Cheylesmore on The Mount and is a large end terrace with a well maintained garden.,

It is very popular with JLR working professionals , UHCW working professionals, Warwick University Professionals, or anyone who wants an ensuite in a quiet, easy going household.

There is easy access to main motorway links. It is also close to and within short walking distance to the town centre, Coventry train station. Asda, and Cheylesmore shopping parade. Public transport is very regular and the bus stop is a few doors away.

I tend to have long term tenants who become friends.

Included in the rent is The Council Tax, high speed internet, gas, electric and water bills (fair usage policy applies) and TV license, The kitchen/diner/lounge area is clean, comfortable and has easy access to the garden.
