We have a double room to rent in our neatly presented 3 story townhouse. The room is fully furnished and comprises a double bed, large study desk/chair, lamb, large mirrored double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelf, table lamp, magazine rack, etc. Duvet, duvet covers, extra blanket, pillows and linen are also provided.

****The rent is 400 per month plus 30 for Gas and 30 for Electricity.

The house has central heating and is double glazed with shared living room and kitchen areas. There are 2 WC, an electric shower room on the ground floor and bathroom on the top floor.

The house has parking at the front and at the rear.

There is fast fibre broadband. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 mins from the main routes: -A46, A45 and is easy access to the City Centre, Warwick and Coventry universities and surrounding areas. JLR at Whitley can be accessed by foot in 15 minutes. Also walking distance to Binley Industrial Estate and Coventry Airport. There are several bus stops a few minutes from the house. The house is also a few minutes walk to the woods, fields, natural reserves and green areas.

There is free access to a washer dryer and all other kitchen utensils.

We are looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and clean.

Only one month rent deposit will be required.

Deposit is also flexible and open to negotiation to be paid over a 2/3 month period for long term stays.

Smoking is only permitted in the Garden.
