Although not for sole use, it will not often be used by anyone else. It is a few minutes walk from memorial park, so ideal for those who like to take exercise . It would be ideal for a post grad student . The house also has a dog who is a part of the family so the potential tenant needs to like dogs.. there is a nice outdoor patio area and garden. Vegetarian preferred but not essential. Female preferred but not essential.
The rent includes electricity, gas and fast BT broadband. If you are not a student would need to pay £50 council tax as I get a single person discount
There is a bus to UCWH and city centre (Cov uni) about 2 mins walk away and the short bus journey to Warwick uni Is about 7-10 mins walk to bus stop or a 15 min cycle ride
