General situation: The new building was just opened for occupancy in 2022. The hardware is very new. The room is equipped with heating, induction cooker, oven, microwave refrigerator, electric iron, electric kettle, toaster, 200m wireless network (with free a Huawei router, I bought it myself)
Downstairs there is a laundry room, a the gym, a large social space, where you can hold parties, play billiards, watch movies, etc.
The room faces west, avoiding direct sunlight, away from the road, and it is very quiet at night.
