We currently have a single room available for £250 per month. All the bills are included in rent. Short term and long term lets are both considered!

Its a 4 bedroom quiet house in Stoke, CV2 area, right beside Walsgrave Road, Coventry. Fully furnished property.

The rooms would ideally suit females only as there are currently 1 nice ladies living in the house. You can be either student or professional. It is a pet free, no smoke environment.

House is well maintained, so it is tidy and comfortable. Also it has been recently redecorated. Decent sized kitchen, large living room, 1 bathroom with a toilet on the first floor, 1 toilet on the ground floor, and back garden.

Other facilities include unlimited, quick wireless internet with a cables available to boost the speed even more, central heating, additional heaters in the bedrooms, cooker, microwave, 4 fridges, large capacity washing machine, vacuum cleaner. There is a spacious kitchen wall cabinet as well, so plenty of space for your groceries, cookware, dinnerware, etc. A kettles and toasters are provided too. Each bedroom has a cosy bed, functional wardrobe, shelving unit, mirrors, desk, chair, table lamp for convenient studying and more. Also we have 2 storage rooms where you can keep your extra stuff.

The house is close to the Coventry University (5-10 minutes walk or 5- minutes by bus) and the city centre as well. All the local amenities are accessible within few minutes. It's around 2 minutes walk to the local library, bus stops, post office, GP practice, pharmacies, park, Tesco, Heron Foods. There are many takeaways and plenty of cheap shops nearby.
