My name is Percy, I'm a 20 year old, 2nd year Civil Engineering student at the University of Warwick. I'm looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate flatmate (ideally student).

The flat is in a great location, 10 minute walk from the Coventry Train Station and Central 6 Retail Park Shopping Centre. There is a bus stop a 3 minute walk away that goes to the University of Warwick or it's a 20 minute cycle through the adjacent war memorial park and on cycle paths.

The Room is 15.2 square metres and has a large NE facing window it is furnished with:
- Double bed
- 2 chairs
- Bin
- Wardrobe
- Mirror
- Standing and bedside lamp
- Bedside table
- Rug

There is a shared living room furnished as you see in the pictures.

All utilities bills are included and there is communal parking for residents.
