The contract:

12 Sept 2026 – 13 Aug 2027 (47 weeks, full year incl. summer)
£7,708 total, paid in 4 termly instalments
~£164/week — competitive for a city-centre studio with all bills included
Bills covered: electric, water, heating, high-speed wifi, contents insurance

24/7 reception and security
City centre — opposite The Wave, 5 min to Coventry station, 2 min to Aldi/Sainsbury's
