Looking for a replacement tenant for a classic ensuite room at Abbey House Coventry. En-suite bathroom. Student tenants only. 41 week tenancy starting from 5th September 2026 to 23rd June 2027 (but can be extended if needed). £115 per week including utility bills (£460 every 4 weeks).

This is a mixed gender house.

If you need to stay longer than a year, this can be extended.

Only 1 minute walk from Coventry train station and the rail station bus stop so it's very convenient for transport links. It is a 10 minute walk to nearest Aldi for food shops. It is a 20 minute bus ride to University of Warwick. Access to laundry room, private gym and study space in the accommodation building.
