The room is en-suite with its own toilet and shower, and comes furnished with a double bed as part of the building's standard package. Bills, heating, water, and Wi-Fi are included as part of the accommodation fees. The tenancy runs from 7 September 2026 to 29 August 2027.

I'm unable to take up this tenancy due to a change in my personal circumstances, and I'm looking for a student to take over the remaining contract. Please note that Singer Hall is managed by Mansion Property Management (Mansion Student), so any prospective tenant would need to go through Mansion Student's own application and approval process directly — this is standard for the accommodation and not something I can bypass. You would need to be a current or incoming full-time student to be eligible.
