My son has decided not to return to university next month, we are looking for a student to take over his room and remaining tenancy (for academic year 2026/27) in a fully furnished shared house on Northfield Road.
The tenancy was originally signed by my son and four other Coventry University students (3 boys, 1 girl) starting their 2nd year of studies in September 2026. His room is a fully furnished ensuite bedroom, and the house is approximately a 15-minute walk from Coventry University.
