My friend and I are both Warwick uni students and are looking for one final housemate as one of our friends failed the year and will no longer be returning for the new academic year 26/27.
You'll get an ensuite double bedroom, and access to the kitchen, lounge and garden!
Everything is newly furnished as this is first time it's being lived in and you might even be able to pick some of the decor!
It's £150 a week and includes bills, WiFi and regular cleaning.
It's super close to Warwick uni (15 min walk) and great connections with a bus stop on the same road and the Canley train station a 3 minute walk away.
Pets are welcome but must be discussed first!
It's an all girls house and we love to socialise but we can also give you space if need be.
