Eden Square Silver Ensuite Tenancy Takeover

Urgently looking for someone to take over my Silver Ensuite tenancy as I am taking some time away from my studies. The room is £140 per week, very spacious, has a 44 week contract and all utility bills are included in the price per week. The remaining flatmates are tidy and respectful, ensuring the kitchen will be kept clean.

I lived in Eden Square during my 2nd year and thoroughly enjoyed it, hence me rebooking it for this academic year. The property offers many useful amenities including a free gym, cinema room, study space and high speed internet. I personally made the most use of the free shuttle bus to Warwick campus as it significantly reduced travel costs. The location is also very good as Coventry University and Pool Meadow Bus Station are only a 6 minute walk away as well as many shops and food places being in close proximity.
