Hello,
A room has become available in my clean, green, quiet working house
There are guidelines to keep it that way:
-No big activity in the communal areas (sitting room and kitchen) after 10 pm
-Ask other tenants before inviting guests
-This is a cold country, where we dress warm. Thermostatically controlled heating is timed to come on at the coldest and darkest times of the day
-Recycle
-Clean up after yourself

The other tenant is a university professor who is around a couple of days a week, 6 months of the year
Historically another a sort term tenant has taken his room over the Summer
I come to stay either side of these times to clean the room and catch up with friends locally
I require someone responsible and mature, who can take care of my lovely house inbetween times; an email reference from your employer
