Bright double room with your own private bathroom available in a spacious top-floor apartment in a great city centre location.

My current flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for a professional or student to share the apartment with me, ideally for around a year.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, and there is additional storage available within the apartment. Your bathroom is for your sole use.

We would share the kitchen, living room and a large balcony. The apartment is on the top floor with lift access, and secure parking is included.

The location is very convenient, with plenty of amenities within walking distance. The train station is around a 5-minute walk away, and bus stops are approximately 2 minutes away.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful and would like to live with someone similar. I don’t drink alcohol and would ideally prefer someone who also doesn’t drink. This is a quiet, relaxed home rather than a party flat.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time, as I’d like to keep a good balance within the shared space.

You would only be sharing the apartment with me. Bills are split between us.

Looking for someone friendly, considerate and easy to live with who would like to make this their home for approximately one year.
