Hi! I’m looking for students to take over our 2B2B Platinum apartment at City Club, Coventry.

Both options are available:
• One student can take the second bedroom – £948/month
• Two students / friends can take over the whole 2B2B apartment – £2,045/month

So whether you’re looking for a room and a flatmate, or you already have a friend and want to rent the entire apartment together, both are absolutely fine.

The apartment is around 75 sqm, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is located in Coventry city centre. It’s fully furnished and comes with a dishwasher, washing machine and other essential appliances. There are also convenient bus links to the University of Warwick.

The tenancy is for one year, with the possibility of ending the tenancy earlier by giving the required notice under the applicable new rental rules.

The tenancy takeover will be handled officially through City Club, so this is an official tenancy transfer rather than an informal sublet.
