Female Only Townhouse - Gold Room at Westwood, Cov

Looking for a tenancy takeover of a room at Westwood Student Mews in Coventry.

The room is a gold, 45-week contract at £185 per week. The initial deposit and first instalment have been paid, amouning to a £740 payment on acceptance of the room.

The accommodation comes with a free daily 10-minute shuttle bus to and from Warwick University, and it is only a 25-minute walk from campus.

The townhouse is female only, with 13 rooms total. All rooms are en-suite with a shared kitchen and living space on the ground floor.

This room is on the second of three floors. I have attached some images from the website of the layout; it comes with a double bed and mattress, a desk, a chair, and a wardrobe.

The rooms are spacious and cosy, with a lot of room for decoration if you want to make it feel like home. The bathrooms are well lit and easy to keep clean. There is always hot water, and residents are friendly. The staff are amazing, and Charlotte and Dovi in reception are always there if you need any help at all.
