Official Vita Student Contract Takeover – Students Only

Furnished studio available at Vita Student Cannon Park, Coventry, very close to the University of Warwick.

£465 per week – this is the current market rate confirmed by Vita Student.

The studio is fully furnished and offers private living space with its own kitchen and en-suite bathroom. Residents also have access to Vita Student’s communal facilities and outdoor/social areas.

Available immediately, subject to Vita Student approval of the Contract Takeover.

The replacement student will need to take over the full remaining contract, ending 28 August 2027.

This is an official Contract Takeover, not a private sublet. The replacement resident must be an eligible student and the transfer will be processed and approved directly by Vita Student.
