Ensuite Room Available Close to Uni of Warwick

Bright and spacious room with large ensuite available in house near university of Warwick. The room has a double bed, desk and cupboard. The ensuite has its own toilet and shower. The shower always has warm water and good water pressure. There is a lot of light in the room in general. The kitchen has two sets of 4 hobs, so there is always space to cook. It also has 3 fridges so that everyone has space for their things. It is also equipped with a table for eating. If you fancy, there is also a garden to enjoy some outdoor space. There is also space to park your car.

The area is residential and green. It’s about 15-25 minutes walk to the uni, depending on where you need to go. 5-10 minutes by bike. It is also close to Cannon park shopping center, where you have everything you need (big Tesco, food and drink, …). You also have buses going to the uni, coventry city center and leamington ranging from 2-10 minutes on foot. There is also a train station about a mile away.

The house is currently not full, the housemates are very kind, quiet and tidy. They are all working professionals or PhD students. The room is thus ideal for a postgraduate student or a working professional. The internet is good and the room is quiet so it’s also good for home office.

The room will be available from the 20th of October, but can also be free earlier if you need a place asap. Just let me know.
