The house is set in a semi rural location on the edge of Berkswell village. It is located between Coventry and Balsall Common and is ideal for someone working away from home during the week and is available Monday to Friday. The room would suit someone looking for quiet peaceful surroundings. Non smoking and non vaping.

The ensuite room is fully furnished and has a king size bed. There is a bath with shower over, sink and toilet. All bed linen and towels are provided. The room overlooks countryside and has a smart TV. Facilities include a comfortable TV lounge, well equipped kitchen diner with all appliances, (landlords have their own kitchen) broadband and plenty of off road parking.

It is close to HS2 Park Lane Berkswell ,Warwick University, Westwood Business Park, Fen End, Birmingham Airport, N. E. C. (10-12 mins.) Solihull, Coventry City Centre (15-18 mins.) and the motorway network. Own transport is essential although trains, buses, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes drive away.

The current household comprises of myself, my wife and our black labrador .
We have been hosting lodgers since 2007 and we currently have 2 other lodgers who are working on HS2
