I am a live-in landlady and have a room available in a quiet residential area within striking distance of University, City Centre, University Hospital and JLR; also local gyms and running routes. All facilities are shared.
I provide bed linen and towels which I change weekly. I live in a three bedroom house. There is a separate dining room and living room, and a large South-facing garden. There is on-road parking available in front of the house.
The current household members rise early and are friendly. I am looking for a professional person who is working away from home and wants Mon-Fri accommodation . I am semi retired and work part time as a guitar and ukulele tutor, I enjoy having lodgers and have been doing this for 5-6 years. My home is comfortable, peaceful and friendly :-)
