The house is a 3-5 minute walk from the local shops at Ball Hill (including a late night Tesco Express), 15 mins on the bus to the hospital, a 10 minute drive to Coventry University and a 10-15 minute drive to Whitley.

References and credit check will be required, plus a £100 holding deposit. The holding deposit will then form part of the deposit once the tenancy agreement is signed.

Rent includes bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax and hi- speed broadband from a 'Which' trusted provider). You will however need to get your own TV licence. We are looking to have a mix of professional males/females. This is a non-smoking house.
