Hello and welcome to my ad, I have 1 Double room and 1 single room to let in Darlaston.

We are hoping for clean and considerate housemates, to share our home with, we are kind and fair.

The smaller single room has a wardrobe, a new bed, and mattress with new small table.
The Double room also has new bed and mattress, wardrobe and new desk with chair.

The Double room is available now, immediately for viewing, the single room will not be available until the 1st October.

Both rooms are preferablely ideal for working professionals (single occupancy only)

All bills are included, within reasonable use.

The shared areas, being recently updated bathroom area, (new bath tub/shower) in addition there is a small ground floor toilet, wash basin.

The kitchen/diner area, has some storage, with a new dinning table and chairs, use of shared new bos fridge for renters and washing machine and a gas hob for cooking.

There is large communal parking area.

My home is situated in a quiet residential area, with a 5 min walking distance to Darlaston Town centre/Bus station and Asda superstore.

There are excellent bus links from Darlaston bus station(St Lawrence way) toward various areas 34,37,39,65,79,310.

Wednesbury town centre is also within 10min, driving distance, with a Morrisons store, close by car.

Wednesbury parkway tram stop is also closeby for journeys to Birmingham or Wolverhampton by tram.
