Room to Rent in a Friendly Home – Near Dudley Town

Hello! I have a light-filled single room available in my home, perfectly located near Dudley Town Centre with a bus stop right outside. I’m an active member of my local church and am looking for a kind, respectful person to share my home with. I have an energetic, friendly six-year-old fox-red Cocker Spaniel, so it is essential that you are comfortable living with a dog.
​The House & Amenities
​Living Space: You will have shared use of the kitchen and bathroom. I have a lovely small garden at the back, and the lounge is kept as a calm, quiet space for relaxing. Please note that I prefer to keep the downstairs area TV-free; you are, of course, more than welcome to have a TV in your own room.
​Convenience: There is parking available in a carport at the back and additional spaces at the front.
​A Few Preferences
​Non-smoker: The house is strictly non-smoking.
​Lifestyle: I am looking for someone who appreciates a clean, quiet, and well-kept home environment.
