A double furnished room for rent in a 2 bedroom terraced house in Earlsdon, Coventry, with close access to Universities, Bus & Train Station and all amenities.
Features
Use of a lounge, dining room, shared kitchen and downstairs bathroom and a small well kept garden, including use of washing/dryer machine, fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven and microwave, etc.
The house is currently occupied by myself, a 60+ young at heart lady, and 2 very well behaved clean and friendly cats, so ideally a cat lover would be great, (but not essential!!)
All bills are in included in the price.
I am friendly, yet a very quiet person, and spend most of my time in my own room.
It should be noted that there isn't a tv in the offered room, but as I hardly use the lounge, use of the TV in there is always available.
There are no rules, I would like you to feel at home, although comfort, cleanliness and respect would be desired.
