Double room in a FEMALE only

Hi,
I have a double bedroom in a four bedroom house. £650 a month (for monthly rental) or £210 a week (for a weekly rental) or £40 a night (four day rental). It is spacious with a desk and a double bed and a wardrobe and built-in closet. The house is in the heart of Earlsdon, so very close to the city centre 7 to 10 minutes Walk to the centre from whatever direction and seven minutes Walk to the train station and five minutes Walk to Earlsdon High Street. There are a lot of Cafes and restaurants in the area, so it’s a very nice area to live in within Coventry in general. The bus stop is five minutes walk away to Warwick University which is 15 to 20 minutes far by bus and there are other bus routes in different directions and it is very central to wherever you want to go. I’m a professional and I work mostly from the office but sometimes I work from home. I prefer to rent the room Monday to Friday only. But might consider longer tenancy.
