Double bedroom in Earlsdon.
A bright and spacious double bedroom is available for £680/m including bills.
In the house is just Milo, a 2 yrs old King Charles spaniel and I, a 35 yrs old landscape architect.
We have a small garden and we work from
home 3 days per week.
Milo has a lovely nature and he’s very affectionate, we would love to share the house with a professional or a student, preferably female, who loves animals.
The bedroom has a double bed and I am currently decorating it, although I can remove some furniture at your preference.
The room has a “secret passage” that lead to a spacious attic floor. You can use the space for studying or doing yoga, or as you like.
