Free parking available outside the property. Separate utility room next to kitchen with washing machine. Kitchen door leads to spacious garden. No tumbledryer or dishwasher.

Small bedroom: £450 bills inc.

- 20 mins walk/5 mins drive from the city centre
- 10 mins walk to Earlsdon High St. which has pubs, shops, post office, etc
- 5 mins drive to Morrisons/Aldi/gym (Alvis Retail Park)
- under 5 mins walk to Hearsall Common
- under 5 mins walk to buses going to town and/or Uni of Warwick and/or Coventry Uni

This room is ideal for mature/PhD students or young professionals - I am flexible on this but no crazy parties please!

Min. stay 3 months. Female preferred (other flatmate is female). No couples.

Deposit is one month's rent.
