Lots of useful bus routes - including Coventry and Warwick Universities, although both are also walkable. The Memorial Park is close by and beautiful. Would suit visiting lecturer, or someone who needs a shorter term let. I live away much of the time as I am also a lecturer in Wales, so you would have the whole place to yourself!
The flat has recently been renovated and is in v good order. Linen, crockery etc can be included in the rent at no extra charge. There is free parking on street.
The rent is for a single person. Couples considered.
