Female only. One double luxury room available in very comfortable house with en suite In prestigious part of Edgbaston. There is a large luxury kitchen shared. This includes double bedroom, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and private bathroom. Lovely views of garden and bird song in the morning! Lots of light pouring into the room.
I’m looking for a quiet, clean and tidy housemate who respects their environment. I would prefer a person who is quiet and keep social activities outside of the house. The house is minutes from the City Centre and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. also, the house is a two minute walk from Five Ways train station and buses, so transport links are excellent. Vegetarians or halal only, which is available in the local Morrisons supermarket minutes away.
The surrounding areas are very close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and gyms and can easily be reached by foot. The city centre is very close. Great location and great house for the right person.
