Young,friendly gradshare

Hi We are looking for a friendly twenty something to join our friendly and sociable grad share.

Like us, perhaps you are new to Birmingham and you are looking for a shared house where you can chat, cook, after after a busy day and have a chill out / wind down.

We are linked to 15 other houses nearby in Edgbaston, and Bearwood. There is always something going on and an opportunity to set up groups for anything you may have a special interest in... or just join the lastest new to B'ham group.

The bedroom available is double room. There is a wifi access point in the bedroom, so it's super fast and reliable connection. The room also has plenty of storage.

The ground floor is all communals space, with lounge, large kitchen diner, laundry and a dining area / utility.

There are two shared bathrooms and two bedrooms have their own ensuites. We also have a big garden. There is ample under cover and secure space for bicycles and some on and off road parking. Becky our cleaner visits twice a month.

The house is located just off the Hagley Road, in close proximity to the city centre (20-minutes on the bus a 40 minute walk / 10 mins on bicycle / scooter ). We are also near to post office, Tesco Express etc. In a great location for easy commute to UoB, QE or the city centre.
