Double bedroom & ensuite in Edgbaston house share

We are looking for a young professional/student (aged between 20 and 30) to occupy this double room with ensuite, in a house share with s six other tenants.
There is a large kitchen and living room, with a utility room including a washer and dryer.
The rent totals £570 per month which is made up of £450 in rent and £120 in bills (including broadband, council tax, utilities and TV license).
We have cleaners come every two weeks for the communal areas, this cost is £52 every two weeks, split between the tenants, and is arranged separately from the rent.
There are two parking spaces on the drive and plenty of parking on the road as well.

The policy of the house is that the current housemates decide which prospective tenant moves in. This ensures that everyone in the house gets along well with each other. The current housemates are a mixture of young professionals, a graduate student and post grad student.
