Hi! We are Clive and Claire of Gradcommunity. For 30 years, we’ve been creating vibrant homes for young professionals, postgraduates, and apprentices at the very start of their careers.
Rather than renting a soulless flat or an anonymous room, you’ll be joining a thriving network of 80 like-minded young people all living within walking distance of this house. Members of each household socialise and support one another—whether it’s a movie night, a summer BBQ, or a night out on the town, there is always someone to spend time with if you choose.
