2 bed, 1 bathroom, as well as a separate kitchen, living space and office. The place was originally unfurnished, but the place is mostly furnished now - current flatmate is happy to leave wardrobe and bed frame if preferred. There's also additional storage cupboards in the hallway for coats, shoes etc.

This place is gorgeous and light - bigger than it looks on picture. Its a 25 minute walk from City Centre and is next to a bus stop that can take you there within 10-15 mins. We're also near various shops which is perfect for groceries.

On street parking is available.

Bills are usually around £200-£250 each per month.

Flat is available from 8th December

About me:
I'm a very relaxed and calm person - my job is to manage events so I love spending time in the flat to unwind. I love theatre, writing, arts and crafts and love having a cosy night in. The outgoing flatmate and I are good friends (they're leaving due to buying their own property) and we regularly cooked dinner and watched movies together so it would be lovely to get along with my new housemate.

I'm also Muslim so would prefer someone who is vegetarian/vegan/halal or is at least respectful to keeping things clean and separate from cross contamination. I'd also like to keep the flat drug-free / away from heavy drinking.

Due to council tax, I'm looking for a working professional / someone who is able to cover their share of council tax bill.
