The property is tastefully decorated and double glazed, the rent includes all bills, large Sky tv package, central heating, wifi, washer /dryer and fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.

We have the beautiful Edgbaston reservoir 5 minutes walk away at the bottom of the road. Excellent transport links and leisure facilities.

At present there are four house mates four guys. All working professionals

The shared space is Kitchen diner, down stairs toilet, bathroom and living room. You are 10/15 minutes walk to Broad Street and all the night life and five ways train station. The city centre and New street station is a 25/30 minute walk. There are plenty of busses going into city centre from Hagley road which is 5/10 minutes walk from the house. Morrison’s is a 10/15 minute walk and so is Broadway plaza which houses leisure facilities, cinema, bowling and Gym.

City, Women's, Children, and Queen Elizabeth hospital are all within easy access and walking distance.
