Hello, We are a houseshare of 6 young professionals and recent graduates who all work in and around Birmingham. We are looking for a new flatmate to move into the double room we will have available in our house from the 1st March.

We are a friendly and sociable group of people, who enjoy to socialise in the evenings and weekends over an occasional flat meal, BBQ or a few drinks at the weekend. We are looking for someone who would also like to get involved. We all have our own lockable rooms, so if you need time to yourself, it is not a problem.

The house is situation just outside Birmingham City centre, about a 25 min walk from Broad Street, with a regular bus service into the city centre (every 5-10 mins). We have a Lidl and several small corner shops within walking distance and a Tesco about 5 minutes in the car. There is free car parking on the street outside the house.

Rent is £370 a month, and this includes all you bills such as electricity, gas, council tax, internet and TV. No minimum term, as long as you give the landlord 30 days notice before moving out, but everyone has been here for about 6 months to a couple of years.

*7 double bedrooms (1 bedroom available), that come fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, double wardrobe and desk.
*3 spacious bathrooms with a shower in each so there is plenty for everyone in the house.
*Large kitchen with large hob and oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, 3 fridge/freezers and plenty of cupboard space. All cutlery, plates, pot and pans etc are shared so no need to bring your own unless you want to. The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs.
*Conservatory/Lounge area with Virgin Tivo Tv, plenty of sofa space and amazing views of the garden and Edgbaston reservoir
*Large garden at rear, ideal for enjoying the sun and having a BBQ when the weather is nice.
