This room is on the first floor of a lovely shared Victorian house, in a great location in Edgbaston, served by 6 buses. 5 mins walk to local shops, takeaways, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, GP and gym/sports facilities, 5-10 mins drive to
Broad Street, FiVE WAYS STATION and the Jewellery Quarter and has easy access to Birmingham University/s and QE and other hospitals.
It is just 10 mins drive to the M5/M6 motorway network.
The house itself has top of the range Wifi and SUPER POWERFUL CABLED access points on all floors so you can always get on line.
The fully equipped shared kitchen/diner/lounge has a SMART TV (with free NETFLIX and YOUTUBE).
The kichen /diner has a Cooker, Microwave, Grill, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, 6 Comfy Chairs, Dining Table as well as a Breakfast Bar and Stools and even and iron and board.
There are two shared bathrooms with bath/shower in the house.
Outside there is easy off street parking for 3 cars and a secure rear garden with lawn, patio, garden furniture and bike storage.
Bills included in the rent of £122/calendar week (£525/calendar month) are COUNCIL TAX, ELECTRICITY, GAS, WATER and WIFI.
Cleaning and gardening are undertaken regularly to help housemates tend to the shared areas in the house.
Room 5 is pretty special, it has 2 windows, a tea station, its own fridge, desk and chair and plenty of space for your own sofa as well as the usual bedroom furniture. It is unexpectedly available now as one of our long stay tenants has just left to move back overseas.
The house and room can be viewed now and the room can be held to occupy with a holding fee, whilst we take up references.
