A cosy and homely double room in a two-bedroom house within the Erdington area of Birmingham. The house is fully furnished with a drive and back garden. The bedroom is clean and airy with ample storage space and a walk - in wardrobe, also an inviting communal kitchen/living space and outdoor area.

The property is in a quiet friendly neighbourhood walking distance from local shops, with great transport links into Birmingham City Centre. I'm looking for a clean, tidy and respectful roommate. Unfortunately, over night guests will not be permitted, as you will be living/ sharing the house with a live in landlord. All bills are included within the rental price, however this excludes food, laundry products and cleaning products.

Before, moving into the property you will need to provide 2 references (Employer and previous landlord), copy of passport, 3 months payslips and a security deposit. The tenancy agreement will be for 6 months initially and then reviewed with the tenant.
