2 Upstairs Rooms Available – May 2026 Move-In

We are looking for two girls to take over our furnished rooms in a 4-bedroom terraced house as we are moving out in May. Two other housemates will remain in the property until 1st September 2026, which is when the current contract ends. You will receive a renewed contract with your name on it, and if you wish to stay beyond September 2026, this can be discussed directly with the landlord.
The contract will need to be agreed and signed by 28th April, with move-in available from 21st May.
The available rooms are both upstairs and share one bathroom between the two of you.
• Room 1: King-size bed with plenty of wardrobe space, desk and chair.
• Room 2: Double bed with plenty of wardrobe space, desk and chair.

The house includes a garden, a lounge area with sofa and a coffee table, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, dryer, kettle, fridge, freezer), plus a small storage room. Hoover and ironing board are provided (no iron).
Bills are included at £115 per week. Payment can be made monthly, or as a one-off termly payment for the remaining three months (to be confirmed with the landlord).
The house is located near the high street, with plenty of shops and food places nearby. It is approximately a 15–20 minute drive to the city centre depending on traffic. Free on-road parking is available.
