Looking for a friendly, professional housemate to join our lovely home in Erdington!
The house is warm, comfortable and full of character. You’ll share a cosy living room with a large sofa and big-screen TV — perfect for unwinding after work. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of storage, a cooker, washing machine, and leads through to a bonus conservatory/utility area with extra fridge space and a dining spot.
For bathrooms, you’re well catered for — there’s a family bathroom with a full bath, overhead shower and toilet, plus a separate downstairs WC, so no morning queues!
Outside, there’s a lovely garden to enjoy when the sun comes out. 🌿
Oh, and you’ll be sharing with one very important resident — our friendly cat 🐱 — so animal lovers welcome!
We’re looking for a professional or individual who is clean, respectful, easygoing, sociable but mindful of others’ space
