Beautiful large, light, double size room with settee and downstairs WC. The main bathroom is shared with the rest of the family. There is a large extended communal kitchen/dining area with access to a stunning garden for you to enjoy.

The room is available from 26 July 2026 on a rolling monthly contract which will be renewed if both parties agree. Initially, it will be available for 6 months.

Ideally it would suit a single professional who has socialist values and is a feminist. We are a household of three women who are welcoming and friendly. It would be great if you are a vegetarian and into healthy eating. We love music (particularly jazz), art, literature, philosophy and politics. I am an English teacher so I can help your language skills if you are learning.

There is a large Lidl, with a bakery, five minutes walk from the house. The X14 bus stops at the end of the road and takes 14 mins to the city, or the 67 is nearby. There is a large playing field at the back of the house which you can access. Erdington High St is a short walk and we are equidistant between Gravelly Hill and Erdington train stations. The Fort Shopping Park (Primark, Zara, Boots, Next) is nearby.

This is a very quiet residential street. We do not have any pets. During the week we request that the house is quiet from 10pm. The room is furnished and therefore storage is limited. This is for a single person and any guests visiting would need to be agreed in advance (no overnight).
