Mentis Midlands CIO offers an en-suite room at 24 Blithfield Grove, Birmingham, B24 0HW, for an adult who needs support with their mental health and independent living.

Accommodation
• Your own room with a private en-suite bathroom
• Resident service charge of £21.86 per week, payable separately from the eligible rent

• Weekly face-to-face support and regular wellbeing checks
• Help with budgeting, benefits and accessing local services
• Support to develop confidence and independent living skills
• Access to an out-of-hours emergency support line

Eligibility
This is supported accommodation for adults aged 18 or over who have an assessed support need.

Applicants must qualify for Housing Benefit covering the full eligible rent. Working applicants are welcome where their earnings and circumstances allow them to meet this requirement. Support needs and benefit eligibility are assessed individually before a placement is offered.

Mentis Midlands CIO is a registered charity and holds the BVSC Bronze Quality Standard.
