The room has a well equipped kitchen including washing machine.
Strictly non-smoking.
We have dogs in the house, but noise is minimal, but they will react to the door bell, but all previous tenants have said that they don't hear them, we are careful to keep our side of the house as quiet as possible for our tenant when they are home.
