We have some nice shared accommodation for people who require supported housing.
CLIENTS WILL NEED TO BE IN RECIEPT OF EITHER JSA, ESA, OR UNIVERSAL CREDITS AND IN NEED OF SUPPORT VIA A SUPPORT WORKER .. WE DO NOT CATER FOR EMPLOYED PERSONS.
RENT IS PAID VIA HOUSING BENEFIT AND A WEEKLY TOP UP OF £25 IS REQUIRED FROM THE CLIENT.
Some rooms offer ensuite bathrooms and one is completely self contained with own kitchen and bathroom.
We have houses available in Handsworth Edgbaston and Erdington.
An assessment will be need to be completed before a room is offered.
