Room to Rent – Peaceful Family Home

A clean and comfortable room is available in a quiet, friendly home shared with a Gujarati family (husband, wife, and a 4-year-old child). We are looking for a respectful and tidy individual who will fit well into a calm household environment.

House Rules & Requirements:

* Vegetarian household – non-vegetarian food is not allowed anywhere in the house, including your room
* Cleanliness is important – a weekly room clean is required to keep your space neat and tidy and help would be appreciate in communal area cleaning where possible.
* No visitors or friends allowed in the property
* Suitable for a single occupant only, couple would be consider for £800 rent and 50% deposit.

What’s Included:

* All bills included (council tax, water, electricity, gas)
* Your own mini fridge
* Designated storage space in the kitchen

Additional Information:

* Food is not included in the rent
* The home is peaceful and ideal for someone who prefers a quiet lifestyle
