Room available with the next fortnight for a professional requiring accommodation for 4-5 nights per week whilst working away from home (please see full details below). All bills are included in the monthly rent.

A beautiful large room in a recently modernised Victorian House on the edge of Hampton-in-Arden surrounded on three sides by fields.

Excellent communications for M42, M6, Birmingham Airport, NEC and Birmingham city centre and local HS2 site working.

The room has been fully renovated with luxury en-suite shower room and has a desk facility and smart TV provided together with king size bed with comfortable high quality mattress.

Use of kitchen facilities and enjoyment of large garden - when weather permits.

The house is on a wide road with minimal traffic and parking presents no difficulty with driveway parking available most evenings and kerbside parking at other times.

Weeknight occupation is preferred however shift working staff with an alternative work pattern are welcome, for example aircraft personnel, as the property is very conveniently located for Birmingham Airport.

My room is not offerred as a long term primary residence, rather as a place to stay for a person working away from home or a person with a short to medium term need for temporary accommodation and is not offered as a base for working from home.

The room is only offered for single occupation, no couples.
