This is not a noisy HMO and it will suit someone looking for quiet, comfortable, high quality 'drama free' accommodation that feels like home rather than 'just a room'.

Price is for a Monday to Friday let inclusive of bills (subject to fair use)

Ideally I would prefer a tenant who wants a Monday to Friday let but I am happy to discuss.
